被测介质
Measured medium
被测介质的物理化学性质和状态,如强酸、强碱、粘稠、易凝固结晶和气化等工况。

一般扩散硅压力变送器气压、油压、液压均可以测量,但是因为扩散硅芯体是316l的芯体,对于可以腐蚀不锈钢的气体、粘稠的介质及容易结晶的介质是不能测量的。因为粘稠及结晶的物质容易堵住引压孔,导致芯体不能接触到介质。

压力量程
Pressure range
扩散硅压力变送器的量程一般是-0.1MPa—60MPa,根据现实压力进行选择,一般比现场最大压力再大一些就行了。但是压力其实有很多单位,比如:有客户问,16公斤压力是多少?

请注意:客户报出压力量程的时候是表压和绝压。表压是以标准大气压为零点,绝压是以真空为零点。那么问题来了,在高原上要是选择压力变送器该注意什么?大气压零点可是不一样的呢。大量程可以忽略不计(1.6MPa以上)。

温度

扩散硅压力芯体的耐温是-20-80℃,所以要测的介质温度不能过高。如果需要测80℃以上甚至是300℃左右的介质,需要怎么办呢?

1、选择加散热片,把温度给降下来

千万不要推荐0.1%精度的哦,扩散硅压力变送器0.1%精度的不够稳定,故要是需要高精度的可以推荐单晶硅的。
