压力传感器的分类
一、压敏电阻式压力传感器
I. Varistor Pressure Sensor
压敏电阻式压力传感器的传感元件是由位于膜片表面的压敏电阻与硅钢膜片组成。
The sensing element of varistor pressure sensor is composed of a varistor located on the surface of the diaphragm and a silicon steel diaphragm.
膜片的周围有四个电阻互相连接,称为惠斯顿电桥电路,比如我们日常用的家电中的电源电路中整流部分一般用的就是惠思登电桥二极管整流电路。
There are four resistors connected around the diaphragm, called Whiston Bridge Circuit. For example, the rectifier part of the power supply circuit in our daily household appliances usually uses Whiston Bridge Diode Rectifier Circuit.
当压力发生变化时,电桥电路电阻发生改变,电桥两端的5V电压发生变化,通过放大电路放大并转换成信号输出给接收设备。
When the pressure changes, the resistance of the bridge circuit changes, and the 5V voltage at both ends of the bridge changes, which is amplified by the amplifier circuit and converted into signal output to the receiving device.
二、膜盒式压力传感器
II. Diaphragm Box Pressure Sensor
这种传感器是由很薄的金属片焊接成气压罐,通过气体的正压力或负压力(即抽真空)使膜盒膨胀或收缩,膜片移动时驱动操纵杆移动,膜片经过微分变换器,使其转换成电阻变化形成电信号输出,工作原理类似于机械高压泵上的冒烟限制器。
The sensor is welded from very thin sheet metal into a pneumatic tank, expanding or contracting the diaphragm box through positive or negative pressure of gas (i.e. vacuum pumping). When the diaphragm moves, it drives the joystick to move. The diaphragm is transformed into resistance change to form electrical signal output. The working principle is similar to that of smoke limiter on mechanical high-pressure pump.
三、可变电感式压力传感器
3. Variable inductance pressure sensor
该压力传感器主要是由两个线圈产生互感电压,当交变电压通过一个线圈时,通过互感作用使另一个线圈产生互感电压,耦合越紧则输出电压越大,所以,当铁芯向线圈中间移动时,输出信号增大。
The pressure sensor mainly generates mutual inductance voltage by two coils. When the alternating voltage passes through one coil, mutual inductance causes mutual inductance voltage of another coil. The tighter the coupling, the greater the output voltage. Therefore, when the iron core moves towards the middle of the coil, the output signal increases.
