压电式变送器是利用正压电效应研制出来的,正高压电效应就是将一定的外力作用于电解质使其发生变形,电解质内部会出现极化现象,并且在其两个表面会产生正负不同的电荷,外力停止作用时,电解质又恢复到不带电的状况。电荷的极性会跟着作用力方向的改变而改变。在电解质极性方向施加电场,电解质也会发生变形,撤销后电解质的形变消失,这就是逆压电效应。
