| 压力变送器使用注意事项 Cautions for Use of Pressure Transmitter 1：切勿用高于36V电压加到变送器上，导致变送器损坏； 1: Do not use voltage higher than 36V to add to the transmitter, causing damage to the transmitter; 2：切勿用硬物碰触膜片，导致隔离膜片损坏； 2: Do not touch the diaphragm with hard objects, resulting in damage to the isolation diaphragm; 3：被测介质不允许结冰，否则将损伤传感器元件隔离膜片，导致变送器损坏，必要时需对变送器进行温度保护，以防结冰； 3: The measured medium is not allowed to freeze. Otherwise, the isolation diaphragm of the damaged sensor elements will lead to the damage of the transmitter. When necessary, the transmitter should be protected against freezing. 4：在测量蒸汽或其他高温介质时，其温度不应超过变送器使用时的极限温度，高于变送器使用的极限温度必须使用散热装置； 4: When measuring steam or other high temperature medium, its temperature should not exceed the limit temperature of the transmitter, and the radiator must be used when it is higher than the limit temperature of the transmitter. 5：测量蒸汽或其他高温介质时，应使用散热管，使变送器和管道连在一起，并使用管道上的压力传至变压器。当被测介质为水蒸气时，散热管中要注入适量的水，以防过热蒸汽直接与变送器接触，损坏传感器； 5: When measuring steam or other high temperature medium, heat sink should be used to connect transmitter and pipeline, and the pressure on pipeline should be used to transmit to transformer. When the measured medium is water vapor, appropriate amount of water should be injected into the radiator tube to prevent the superheated steam from directly contacting the transmitter and damaging the sensor. |
